Hi, I’m Teo

Over a decade ago, I was going through my PMOS and the only treatment I was offered was the pill. After coming off it, my cycles made no sense. Every month meant excruciating period pain, and mood swings in the days just before my period. I had no energy, no motivation, brain fog. And I went through all of it alone.

It took years of research and a lot of trial and error, but I managed to reverse it. Today I get regular cycles, no pain during my period, no brain fog. I love being a woman, I love having a cycle, and I trust my female body.

Since then, this has become my life’s work. I’ve coached hundreds of women through this exact process, and more than half a million follow my work. Tuesday, I teach you the first move, live, for free.
