With over 5 years of study in fertility awareness and cycle tracking and a background in Menstrual Cycle and Hormone Health, I’ve helped countless women break free from the cycle of suffering and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.
My work is rooted in science but it’s also deeply intuitive. Because your menstrual cycle isn’t just biology. It’s a rhythm. A portal. A conversation your body is trying to have with you.
I wasn’t always in this world. Like so many women, I spent years disconnected, exhausted, and told my pain was “just part of being a woman.”
Until one day, after being dismissed yet again by the medical system, something in me snapped. I stopped searching for quick fixes and started learning my cycle as a source of power.
Since then, I’ve devoted myself to this work, guiding women back to their bodies, their energy, and their self-trust.
