The coaching program

As a coach, I will guide and teach you to become more self aware, build a strong self-healing mindset, understand your body and become empowered to explore this connection with curiosity. You don’t have to do this on your own. I am going to meet you where you’re at and then we are going to take this journey together. 

My goal is to equip you with the fundamentals of female body literacy and help you create change where you feel change is needed. I take you by the hand and walk the path together. Small incremental changes, long lasting habits. 

My goal for you is to learn the basics and develop the trust in your own body. You don’t need me for the rest of your life. With this ambition in mind, I created a 6-session coaching program where we do just that.

THE FIRST STEPS FOR SUCCESS DURATION: 120 min

welcome, meet the private community, explore generational patterns towards menstruation, addressing limiting beliefs, how mindset impacts symptoms, goal setting, habit building, focusing on progress over perfection, introduction to menstrual cycle awareness

INTRODUCTION TO THE CYCLE DURATION: 120 min

anatomy, introduction to the menstrual cycle, key sex hormones, circadian and infradian rhythms, various period tools, how to live in sync with your cycle, cycle transitions from menarche to menopause, contraception and fertility

Session 3

HORMONES SUPPORT: FOOD DURATION: 120 min

how to use food to reduce symptoms, how to eat to support ovulation, balance blood sugar, how to curb cravings, macro and micronutrient requirements, how to eat to support your cycle health, how to eat the first meal to set your day for success, caffeine and hormones

Session 4

HORMONES SUPPORT: STRESS DURATION: 120 min

stress hormones, different types of stress, how to build resilience to stress, self-care practices during each phase of the cycle, work/life balance, how to use exercise as a stress management tool, how to exercise during each phase of the cycle

Absolutely! If your monthly cycle falls within the range of 24 to 35 days consistently, with only minor deviations of 1-2 days from cycle to cycle, then you likely have a regular cycle. However, if you’ve experienced more than three cycles where the deviation exceeds 4-5 days between each cycle, it suggests irregularity in your cycles.

In our program, we focus on nurturing four key areas crucial for hormone health: nutrition, stress management, waste elimination, and relationships. By implementing positive changes in these aspects of your life, you’ll be fostering better hormonal balance and encouraging regularity in your menstrual cycle. 

Don’t worry about it! It is not a requirement. You will learn how to track during this program. And if you’re already tracking your cycle—that’s fantastic! We’ll build upon the foundation you’ve already laid. Our program centers around menstrual cycle tracking, which is an incredibly powerful tool for self-awareness and empowerment. Menstrual tracking involves more than keeping a record of your period. We track the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout the cycle. Through consistent tracking, you will develop a deeper understanding of your bodies and unique menstrual patterns and trends.

Consider your health as a table; imagine one of its legs is constantly wobbling. Achieving balance means stabilizing your health. This balance rests on four pillars—nutrition, physical activity, emotional well-being, and spiritual alignment. However, many methods tend to concentrate only on the nutritional and physical aspects, overlooking the significant influence of stress levels, relationship dynamics, living conditions, and environment on the overall cycle. This program encompasses a diverse range of techniques, including cycle awareness, habit formation, repairing the relationship with your cycle, systematic dietary and lifestyle adjustments, and stress management. Methods that lack an integrative approach to health are unlikely to yield sustainable long-term results.

Through this program, you’ll gain insight into the root causes of your symptoms, learn how to manage and alleviate them, and develop an understanding of your body’s workings and the pivotal role of the menstrual cycle in your life. Since everyone’s body is unique, I can’t provide a definite time frame, but generally, students tend to notice results within the first 30 to 60 days when they fully commit to the program they complete all assignments.
