This is a one on one experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and understand your menstrual cycle. First, you move through the Cycle Reset course so you understand the technical side of your cycle, but you no longer have to figure it out alone.

Together, we build a personalised plan based on your current challenges, whether you have irregular cycles, strong PMS, want to conceive, or want to feel more in tune with your rhythm. We look at your full lifestyle and align your routines around nutrition, movement, stress, and recovery so you support your hormones, balance your cycle, and feel more grounded in every phase.
