You move through the Cycle Reset course at your own pace, learn how your hormones work, and run the SYNC Model on your own life. You map your habits, choose your new strategies, and track your progress each cycle.

You can use the community space to ask questions, share wins, and feel less alone, but you do not rely on peronalised guidance from the coach. You lead the process. You take the tools, apply them, and build a cycle friendly lifestyle by your own hand.
