Log in the installed app, not in a browser tab. Your entries stay in the place you log them. Using Firefox? It can't install apps, so bookmark the tracker or use Chrome.
Only on your own device, inside the browser you use. Nothing is uploaded and I can't see it. Always open the tracker the same way (the home screen icon), because a different browser or phone starts empty.
Yes. In the tracker, go to My cycles, then "Back up or move to a new phone". Save a backup there every few weeks, and restore it on your new phone.
Clearing only your history is fine. Clearing cookies or website data deletes your entries, and on a Mac, Safari's "Clear History" does that too. Save a backup first: in the tracker, go to My cycles, then "Back up or move to a new phone". The tracker also reminds you once a month.
On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen. If you only use it in a Safari tab, Safari can delete its data after about a week without a visit.
Unless you measure your BBT and log your cervical fluid, the tracker can only predict your ovulation. It uses the data you give it to estimate when you might be ovulating, and you might not be ovulating at all.
No. The Sync Tracker is free.
