Forget the Vision Board. Read This Instead
The Kabbalah cheat code I learned in 2025 (and the only thing I'm bringing into 2026)

I know, I know…
You’re probably so fed up with year-end reflections and goal-setting posts right now.
Everyone’s talking about resolutions, vision boards, manifestation rituals, setting intentions for 2026.
Maybe you don’t even want to think about setting goals right now.
Good.
Because I’m not here to tell you to do any of that.
I’m here to share one thing… a cheat code.
You know how in every video game there is always (or at least used to be) that one cheat code? The one that skips levels, unlocks infinite resources, makes the impossible suddenly easy? (Truth is… the only game I played obsessed as a lunatic as a kid was Sims… if you’re part of that gang, do you remember that cheat code for endless money?)
So, what I’m about to tell you is something like Ctrl+Shift+C rosebud;!;!;!;!
But this is for real life
And if it clicks… it will change how you move through life.
Not just in 2026. I mean, for life!
Let me explain…
What I Actually Want for You
At the end of this post, all I’m hoping for is that something in your mind clicked.
Because once you get what I’m about to say... you’re good. You won’t need any new frameworks to build goals or any productivity hack or any new year pep talk. Ever again.
This is the only thing I’m bringing with me into 2026.
The Year That Brought Me to Kabbalah
This year hasn’t been easy. I’ve already told you the full story in my 🔗last post.
I had quite a few hiccups.
But in the process, it got me really, really, really close to Kabbalah.
To the point that I drove crazy everyone around me with Kabbalah teachings. My girlfriends would literally call me with questions about situationships or stuff like that and ask me: “Use Kabbalah to explain why he behaves like that”. Me: “Challenge accepted!”
Evvvveeeeryyyything can be explained with Kabbalah, I swear.
But today, all I want to share with you is one lesson.
That cheat code that I’m bringing with me into 2026.
And I promise you, if you stick around my posts in the coming year, I will keep reminding you about this cheat code. Because life is going to get busy and you’re going to fall back into old patterns.
And you’ll forget about it… but I’ll be here, reminding you.
The Core Teaching: Your Vessel
Ok, quick intro to Kabbalah.
The main teaching is this: You came into this world with your own Vessel.
Think of your Vessel as your container. Your capacity to hold love, abundance, responsibility, success, joy, all of it. It determines how much good you can actually receive and hold in your life.
What propels you forward in life is what Kabbalah calls “the light of the Creator”, the infinite source of everything good: abundance, love, opportunity, health, purpose.
At each level where you are right now, you only have the capacity to hold a certain amount of that light. You can only receive as much as your current Vessel can contain.
So if you want more, more love, more money, more peace, more success, you don’t chase those things directly.
You expand your Vessel and you build your capacity to hold them.
That’s the core principle of Kabbalah.
The Light Bulb That Changed Everything
David Ghiyam uses the image of a light bulb to explain this. And once you see it this way, you can’t unsee it.
Picture a light bulb built to hold 50 watts. The wiring, the glass, the structure all designed for that exact capacity.
Now imagine forcing 75 watts through it.
The bulb doesn’t glow brighter. It overheats and it breaks.
The problem is the container.
This is exactly how life works.
The light is abundance, clarity, love, opportunity, responsibility, success. If your Vessel stays small and you try to pull in more than it can hold, your system collapses.
Your nervous system goes out of control and life feels overwhelming instead of expansive.
You asked for 75 watts of light, but your Vessel can only hold 50.
More light requires a larger Vessel.
Why Everyone Wants More (But Stays Stuck)
We always want more things in life: more wealth, better relationships, more love, more success, better health, more peace.
So what do we do? We chase those things directly.
We work harder for the money, we try to force the relationship, and e hustle for the success.
And then life delivers... but it doesn’t feel how we thought it would.
The money comes with stress you can’t handle and the success creates pressure that breaks you.
This is the mismatch.
You asked for more light, but your Vessel wasn’t ready to hold it.
The work is never about forcing more light in.
The work is about strengthening your Vessel so more light fits.
When your Vessel grows, the same light that used to overwhelm you feels nourishing.
The money that used to stress you out becomes easy to manage and the success that felt like too much pressure becomes your natural state.
That’s the game.
Why Expansion Feels Like Hell
The thing is… expanding your Vessel feels terrible.
Your body will resist and your mind will fight you. Every fiber of your being will scream at you to stop, to go back, to stay where it’s safe.
The soul wants to expand, but the physical body wants safety.
We are biologically wired for safety. If you look at evolutionary biology, our bodies are designed to avoid risk which is why we’re naturally more pessimistic, more cautious, more inclined to stay where we are.
Growth requires risk because it requires novelty, stepping into the unknown, doing things we’ve never done before.
And this creates an internal conflict: your soul pulling you forward, your body pulling you back to what feels safe.
Bob Proctor talked about this same principle in 🔗Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life. Napoleon Hill covered it in 🔗Laws of Success. (2 books I keep coming back to whenever I need an external push)
It’s the fundamental tension of being human.
Your Vessel (your physical body, your conditioning, your current paradigm) resists expansion because expansion feels unsafe.
But your soul’s entire purpose is to expand.
And the only way forward is to recognize this resistance for what it is and choose expansion anyway.
How Resistance Actually Shows Up
Resistance shows up disguised as:
Physically:
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Digestive issues
- Tension in your body
- Your nervous system going out of control
Mentally:
- Suddenly you can’t think clearly
- You second-guess yourself
- You forget why you wanted this in the first place
Emotionally:
- Anxiety
- Fear
- Overwhelm
- Irritability
- The feeling that everything is falling apart
This is your Vessel resisting expansion because your current Vessel is comfortable where it is. It knows this vibration, this level and it knows how to survive here.
But your soul is pushing you toward a higher vibration, one your current Vessel doesn’t recognize yet. It feels unfamiliar and unsafe.
So your body does what it’s designed to do: it tries to pull you back to safety.
While writing this I remembered about a page from my journal where I was trying to visualize how this works (below)

How Do You Grow the Vessel
Honestly???? I don’t have all the answers yet on how to expand your Vessel (sorry). I don’t know all the ins and outs. I’m figuring it out as I go, just like you.
But I have one principle.
And this is the cheat code I was talking about. This is our Ctrl+Shift+C rosebud;!;!;!;! (My Sims fans will get this)
Certainty.
That feeling of certainty. That state of knowing without a shadow of a doubt.
David Ghiyam talks about this all the time. And the more I learn about it, the more I realize this is the one thing that changes everything.
I’ve learned so much from David, he’s incredible at explaining Kabbalah in a way that actually clicks. I’m going to 🔗link his course here because it genuinely changed my life. You can take level one on a pay-what-you-want basis, so you can literally pay the minimum and get access to the foundational teachings. It’ll give you a solid understanding of what Kabbalah actually is.
Why Certainty Is Everything
Certainty is the only thing you have control over that will help you expand your Vessel. That will help you move through the hardships and resistance that show up in your body when you’re leveling up.
The other day in the 🔗Private Community we were chatting about what do we gift ourselves this season, and here was my answer:

Why?
Certainty is essential because consciousness shapes reality. What you truly believe is what shapes reality. And if you are convinced with absolute certainty that what is yours will be yours, there is no other way but for the world to rearrange in such a way that it mirrors exactly that what you believe.
It means trusting the process even when outcomes feel unclear and when nothing makes sense. And even more when everything looks like it’s falling apart.
This doesn’t mean to blindly believe everything or to dismiss difficulties in life.
It means staying anchored and trusting that there’s growth and meaning inside the challenge.
Your One Job in 2026
Look, I’m not saying don’t make goals for 2026. I’m not telling you to skip the vision board.
I have goals and I have a vision board on my phone background and my desktop. I see those images every single day of my life. And I truly believe they work, I’ve manifested so many things from my vision boards over the years.
But here’s the difference now:
I realised how attached I was to my goals… attached to “HOW” I wanted them to happen and as I was telling you in my 🔗last post, 2025 made me see how that attachment can break you.
I learned that when things become difficult, when things fall apart, when nothing goes according to plan those voices in your head will talk you out of everything.
They’ll give you uncertainty about the decisions you made, they’ll make you doubt yourself and they’ll convince you to quit.
And that’s exactly when you need certainty the most.
What I Actually Pray For Now
In my prayers now, the only thing I ask for is certainty.
I say something like this:
“God, all I’m asking is for you to help me strengthen my certainty. Certainty in my own beliefs, to trust myself and to trust that everything is going to be alright. That I’m going to manifest exactly what I’m meant to. Anchor me back in my trust” That’s it.
So yes, make your vision board and set your goals… write your intentions.
But then let go of the tight grip…
This is the mindset I’m bringing into 2026 and I’m inviting you to bring it with you too.
Love, Teo
