The Space I’ve Been Building (And Why You Need It)

Hello, my loves.

I want to drop in with a quick message about something I’ve been working on for a while now.

We always say things like: “We don’t talk enough about this.” We don’t talk enough about our cycles. We don’t talk enough about hormones, perimenopause, PCOS, PMDD, PMS, HPV, HRT, HRV… all these acronyms that shape our lives.

But what do we actually do about it???

So I thought, let’s create a space to actually talk about all of it.

Why I’m Building This

I remember when I was healing from HPV. How alone I felt. Going through Reddit threads at 2 AM, trying to understand what was happening to my body, trying to connect with women who went through the same thing.

I wish back then I had a space where I could talk freely about all of this. Where I could share with another woman who actually understood.

The Failed Attempt (And What I Learned)

I had an attempt to create a community at the beginning of this year. I tried a platform called Circle, but it was way too complex. It didn’t give that conversational feeling I was looking for. So I closed it down. I was so afraid I was disappointing the women you were already inside. But I promised we’re going to be back…

So after a loooooot of research and YouTube videos and talking to so many experts and people who already have communities, I finally found the right space.

What’s Happening Now

I soft-launched it with only 10-20 women at the moment. But I wanted to tell you about it because I think this is going to be the space where you can:

• Find the answers you’re looking for
• Connect with women going through the same challenges as you
• See what worked for them and what didn’t
• Learn, experiment, and share
• Not be alone through all the pain

Why This Matters

Social media is great. Substack articles are great. But all this research? Everything is done in silos. Everything is done alone.

There’s so much more that comes out of your healing journey when you connect with other women and actually get to talk to them.

So we do that inside the community.
